Our Vision is to contribute to the international society of owners, agents and administrators of ships in the saving of their operational expenses for the transport of goods and people in benefit of the world-wide community, offering countries with open registries of ships lead world-wide, in association with companies lead approved by such registries of ships.
Our Mission is to spread and to facilitate internationally to the marine community of the advantages and kindness as well as of the resources that exist to obtain maximum of the advantage of the countries of open registries that are offered by the maritine group like also promoting the improvement of such marine registries so that these stay leading world-wide.
The Maritime Group was founded on 1980 with the objective of marketing a team of companies in the field of shipping, specifically in reference to:

- Safety and Protection of Marine Environment, the Ship and the Crew.
- Crew Documentation.
- Crew Supplying.
- Maritime Communications (Call Sign & INMARSAT) And other matter pertaining with the Marine Administrations
